Additionally, you will be paid commission on sales to customers, who you have profiled in your client database via our Intranet facilities, and who purchased because of our centralized marketing, rather than in result of your direct sales or marketing effort. Client database: You will manage your client and prospect database using Intranet facilities of the Bayton Design website, which includes providing their contact details, profiling their businesses, and indicating their identified and probable needs. This will enable us to provide you with centralized marketing support and, to accurately track your sales and earnings.

Direct sales: Your primary function is to use every opportunity to initiate face-to-face communications with prospective clients, where you can identify their needs and make a sound offer. You can initiate meetings using your network, following the leads, through cold calls, visiting local business events, participating in local chat rooms and discussion boards, and any other way available to you. You are also supposed to get consent of prospective customers to receive our email magazine and promotions, so that we can reinforce your selling effort with the follow up direct marketing.

Marketing: To increase amount of sale leads, it is a good idea to put some effort in advertising and marketing.
