This includes all sales to both first time customers and repeat clients, which enables you to earn more as your client base grows. Your actual commission is subject to the following general rules:

  • You commission increases as your monthly turnover grows
  • Your commission is higher for premium services
  • Your commission is higher for large-scale projects

Additionally, you will be paid commission on sales to customers, who you have profiled in your client database via our Intranet facilities, and who purchased because of our centralized marketing, rather than in result of your direct sales or marketing effort. (Don't forget to get consent of all the prospective customers in your city and nearby to receive our email magazine and promotions, to ensure that you get commission for every sale in your area)

You also will earn on sales to those prospective customers in your area, who have contacted us without your prior marketing or sales input, but want to meet a local representative before making a purchase. We will refer such prospects to you, so you can sell them and earn your commission.

As the Bayton Design sales representative you will be responsible for arranging local marketing, presenting our company and services to prospective customers, exploring and identifying their needs, providing quoting and first-line consulting, maintaining and developing relationship with existing clients:

Client database: You will manage your client and prospect database using Intranet facilities of the Bayton Design website, which includes providing their contact details, profiling their businesses, and indicating their identified and probable needs. This will enable us to provide you with centralized marketing support and, to accurately track your sales and earnings.

Direct sales: Your primary function is to use every opportunity to initiate face-to-face communications with prospective clients, where you can identify their needs and make a sound offer. You can initiate meetings using your network, following the leads, through cold calls, visiting local business events, participating in local chat rooms and discussion boards, and any other way available to you. You are also supposed to get consent of prospective customers to receive our email magazine and promotions, so that we can reinforce your selling effort with the follow up direct marketing.

Marketing: To increase amount of sale leads, it is a good idea to put some effort in advertising and marketing. In addition to cold calls, it may be effective to send targeted direct mail, place small ads in yellow pages and newspapers, distribute flyers and brochures through client offices of other companies, fax sales letters, place announcements in local online message boards and classifieds, etc. If you decide to invest in marketing, we will provide you with the comprehensive ongoing consulting and planning support. Relationship development: We strongly recommended that you do your best to increase retention rate of existing clients, as only multiple repeat clients can make your income really stable and increasing. Returning clients are easier to serve, they often purchase higher priced services (which increases your commissions), and they can provide you with free word of mouth marketing support if they enjoy working with you and us.
